Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the loyalty card number entered is correct before completing the transaction. We will not be liable for any errors resulting from incorrect information provided.

Irreversible Transactions

All funds loaded onto a loyalty card are final and non-reversible. Once the transaction is completed, the funds cannot be transferred, refunded, or redirected to another card.

Allocation of Funds

Funds will be allocated to the loyalty card number provided at the time of payment. We are not responsible for funds loaded onto an incorrect or unintended card.

Payment Processing

Payments made via EFT or credit card are subject to standard banking processing times and authorisation. Funds will only reflect once payment has been successfully received and cleared.

Fraud and Misuse

We reserve the right to suspend or decline transactions suspected of fraud, misuse, or unlawful activity.

System Availability and Errors

While we take reasonable steps to ensure system accuracy, we are not liable for losses resulting from technical errors, delays, or interruptions beyond our control.
